GaussIQ was founded by senior enterprise operators who have spent their careers building, scaling, and running global SaaS organizations. We’ve lived the realities of post-sales operations at scale across support, customer success, services, product, and platform, and we are applying that experience to a problem we know firsthand.

We are intentionally operating in stealth while working with design partners. Our focus is on building with discipline, credibility, and real-world enterprise constraints in mind.

David Gai

Chief Executive Officer

David is a seasoned enterprise software executive with a track record of scaling technology companies and leading global organizations through multiple growth stages. Prior to founding GaussIQ, he held senior executive roles at BMC Software, JDA Software / Blue Yonder, and BEA Systems, where he was part of the executive team that led the company to acquisition by Oracle.

As CEO, David defines GaussIQ’s vision, market narrative, and customer lens, ensuring the company executes with discipline against near-term milestones while building toward long-term category leadership.

Eric Anderson

Chief of Product & Technology

Eric is a technology executive with 30+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise platforms, with deep expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and SaaS architecture. He previously served as CTO of DSOM and as VP of R&D and VP of Innovation at BMC Software, where he led the internal technology incubator and built multiple SaaS products from zero to one. He also held senior engineering leadership roles at IBM, including Deputy CTO for Service Delivery Automation.

At GaussIQ, Eric leads platform architecture and AI/ML engineering, translating customer and market insights into scalable, production-grade solutions on modern cloud-native infrastructure. He holds 40 granted patents in AI, automation, and platform technologies.

Mark Graham

Chief Strategy & Operations Officer

Mark is a senior operations executive with deep experience across customer success, support, and product operations. He has held global leadership roles at DigiCert, Tradeshift, Anaplan, BMC Software, and Oracle, where he led large-scale transformation, turnaround, and scale initiatives across complex enterprise environments.

At GaussIQ, Mark leads strategy execution, program operations, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring that product, customer, and company initiatives move forward with clarity, rigor, and operational excellence.

Happy Luther

Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Customer Officer

Happy is a veteran go-to-market and customer success leader with experience building and scaling global customer-facing organizations at companies including LinkedIn, Salesforce, EMC, and BEA Systems. He has led Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams responsible for hundreds of millions in recurring revenue.

As CRO & CCO, Happy leads GaussIQ’s go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and enterprise customer success, with a focus on durable growth, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation.
